JOB DESCRIPTION:
Title: Tech Support Specialist
Location: Schaumburg, IL
Duration: 12 Months
Hourly Rate on W2: $28/hr - $30/hr
Mon-Fri – 9:00AM – 5:30PM

• 12-month assignment likely to be extended or converted based on the performance and budget.
• Hybrid: Occasional visits to the Office.
• Experience working with Active Directory.
• Working knowledge of Windows/Windows Server OS.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix OS.
• Experience with Network Troubleshooting.
• Experience working with Remedy, ServiceNow, or other Ticketing Systems.
• 2 years of Technical Support experience.
• This position is subject to high-security areas governed by the US Department of Justice Criminal and hence requires a Background and Fingerprint check.
• US Citizen with clean BG
• Experience working with ASTRO P25 Infrastructure/LMR (Land Mobile Radio) Systems is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Server Virtualization including VMWare/ESXi is a plus.
• Working knowledge of McAfee Security Suite is a plus.

• High School Diploma or GED

• Comptia A cert, Comptia Security
